Ordering Procedure
Please read the attached Explanation of Important Matters for the Honda Push Power Measurement Wheel System and Lease Agreement carefully. If you agree with the contents, the equipment can be rented.
Please note that rental schedules cannot be changed once the contract has been finalized.
Explanation of Important Matters for the Honda Push Power Measurement Wheel System
Lease Agreement
Order to Delivery to Return — Flow
STEP 1. Application
Please place your order using the application form.
*Submission of the form does not complete your order.
STEP 2. Confirmation
We will contact you within 7–10 business days.
We will confirm your preferred schedule.We will also send the software required for analysis, so please check operation on your PC in advance.
STEP 3. Contract
By concluding the contract, you are deemed to have agreed to the contents of the Explanation of Important Matters.
Please review the Lease Agreement, sign it, and return it.
The rental contract is finalized upon receipt of the signed agreement.
STEP 4. Payment
After receiving the signed Lease Agreement, we will send you an invoice. Please make payment to the designated bank account.
STEP 5. Shipment
The equipment will be shipped to your specified address in accordance with the contract start date.
STEP 6. Use
Once the equipment arrives, it may be used even before the official contract start date.
For malfunctions or inquiries during use, please contact the racing wheelchair customer service desk by email at

STEP 7. Return
On the scheduled return shipping date specified in the contract, a courier arranged by Honda will collect the equipment.
Please restore the equipment to its original condition as described in the User’s Manual and hand it over to the courier.
